Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during the free trial?
You enter your card details when you sign up, but you are not charged right away. You get full access for 7 days, can cancel anytime during the trial, and your first charge only happens after the trial ends.
What's the difference between free trial and subscribe now?
With the free trial, you add your card now, start immediately, and only get charged after 7 days unless you cancel. The "Subscribe & Pay Now" option skips the trial and charges you right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing starts, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does the Family Plan work?
The Family Plan is for up to 3 family members. Each member gets their own profile, progress tracking, and personalized learning experience.
